Flu and natural cures

Flu is probably the most common illness that can attack us many times in our lives,
Using pills may be one alternative, but stop a minute and think about the rest of your body...

TIP 1:
Ginger and Lemon
These two ingredients combined are a powerful weapon against bacteria and viruses

the lemon with high levels of vitamin C, will boost your defenses and will help you recovering of that flu in a short time

DIRECTIONS:

Boil 1 liter of water
Peel and cut one medium size piece of ginger and add it to the boiling water
Keep boiling the water for no more than one minute after adding the ginger

After this, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for each cup of water
DO NOT ADD SUGAR, ADD HONEY IF YOU WANT IT SWEET
drink this beverage during the day and repeat the preparation if needed
but remember not to drink more than 2 liters of this preparation each day.

Cinnamon and blackberries
This delicious hot beverage will help you with your defenses and will relax you for a good sleep,
TRY DRINKING THIS ONLY AT NIGHT CAUSE IT CAN PRODUCE SOMNOLENCE

DIRECTION

In 1 liter of water, blend half kilo of blackberries, sieve the juice and boil it
Add cinnamon in sticks and keep boiling for a minutes, drink this beverage before going to bed, it will make you sweat the flu.
You can add honey to this preparation.
